Job Summary
Assign daily tasks to sales associates and receivers, manage store operations including opening/closing and bank deposits, and maintain merchandising and inventory processes. Support scheduling, resolve customer issues, and ensure compliance with HR, Loss Prevention, and Safety policies while assisting with hiring, interviewing candidates, and conducting orientation training. Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays at the QVC Outlet in Frazer, PA. This role supports QVC Group's live social shopping model across six leading retail brands.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or an equivalent combination of training & experience
- A minimum of 3 years of retail sales associate and customer service experience
- Available to work days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
