Quoting Manager

Oversee the full lifecycle of incoming Requests for Quotation (RFQs), serving as the primary point of entry for new and repricing inquiries. Evaluate each RFQ to assign it to appropriate internal teams in China, Southeast Asia, U.S. Engineering, or other departments, ensuring clear ownership and progress through the quoting pipeline. Maintain real-time visibility into quote progress, bottlenecks, and deadlines while tracking key metrics such as turnaround time, win/loss rates, and backlog accuracy. Coordinate with engineering, procurement, sales, and regional teams to gather inputs and resolve blockers, reviewing quotes for completeness and alignment with pricing strategy. Identify inefficiencies to implement improvements in speed, accuracy, and consistency, and maintain standardization through templates and SOPs. Provide timely updates to sales or account managers regarding quote status and expected delivery. Adhere to federal and state regulations, company policies, and procedures, with a requirement for U.S. citizenship or permanent residency due to ITAR/CUI compliance.
