Job Summary
Identify, develop, and manage supplier relationships while maintaining optimal inventory levels to meet customer service and working capital goals. Negotiate terms including pricing, delivery, freight, and service levels; drive continuous improvement through vendor management and performance tracking; collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Quality, Accounting, Operations, and Purchasing; adhere to ISO procedures, Work Instructions, and Standard Procedures.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or equivalent industry experience
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
- High sense of urgency and customer commitment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ability to learn ERP systems
