Job Summary
Generate accurate, timely quotes in Salesforce CPQ while managing high volumes of inbound requests with strong prioritization. Process clawbacks and adjustments within the system, ensuring proper documentation. Review and facilitate contract pricing setups, and build and maintain price books for partner channels. Identify opportunities for process improvement within the quoting workflow and contribute to best practices. Collaborate cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, and Order Management to support complex deals involving hardware, software, and services. Contribute to operational initiatives such as Master Data Management and account validation to ensure data integrity. This role supports the quote-to-cash process for domestic and international customers across human and veterinary lines of business. The team drives adoption of affordable, accessible ultrasound through proprietary semiconductor technology and AI solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience generating quotes within a CPQ tool
- demonstrated ability to manage complex quoting scenarios (hardware + software + services)
- Hands-on experience creating and managing accounts, opportunities, and quotes in a CRM
- Familiarity with the quote-to-cash process
- understanding of how quoting connects to downstream order management and finance workflows
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple high-priority requests simultaneously in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- ability to work effectively across Sales, Finance, and Operations teams

Desired Qualifications
- Experience with Salesforce CPQ quoting, contract pricing setups, and price book management within the Salesforce CRM
- Proficiency with Salesforce CRM, Adobe Acrobat/Editor, and Google Workspace
- Previous experience in a start-up, scale-up, or high-growth healthcare or life sciences environment
