Job Summary
As a Quotations Specialist, you will manage the quotations process by preparing cost estimates, contacting factories for cost information, collaborating with sales and customer service representatives, and building relationships with customers and suppliers to ensure accurate and timely quotations. This role requires strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to meet deadlines, and knowledge of SAP along with Excel. A high school education is required, with preference for candidates holding a 4-year degree in Business or a related field. Experience with switchgear quoting is also preferred.
