Job Summary
Quotations Specialist needed to support the sales team by accurately estimating project costs, revenues, and materials for electrical construction jobs. Responsibilities include understanding project scope and timelines with clients, transferring customers from sales to project management, preparing submittals of lighting packages for customer approval, maintaining pricing information, expediting quotes, generating client reports, and coordinating with multiple departments to complete quotations. Requires strong Excel skills, the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and excellent communication to provide superior customer service and clear project projections. Required Qualifications
- Ability to manage several portfolios for various clients at one time
- Construction or Electrical knowledge preferred
- Ability to work with customers and provide excellent service
- Outstanding computer skills, particularly with Microsoft Excel
- Ability to multi-task while staying organized
- Demonstrated adaptability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic organization
- Experience working as part of a team
- Experience owning and completing projects independently
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with exemplary phone manners
