Job Summary
Sourcing per customer specifications and delivery requirements to price large project bids for the PVF industry. Prepare quotes utilizing sales experience and technical knowledge while maximizing financial results and meeting customer timelines. Build relationships with vendors and stakeholders to improve customer service, and attain sales goals through increased market share for new and existing accounts. Review customer specifications to ensure accurate quoting. Support multiple branches in the Permian Basin region.
Required Qualifications
- Associate's degree (A.A) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school
- Strong understanding of PVF industry (pipes, valves and fittings)
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate clearly and concisely with strong presentation and liaison skills
- Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers and the public
Desired Qualifications
- Proven ability to strengthen relationships with 'key' accounts
- Able to prospect new accounts by professional networking, industry research, and cold calling
