Job Summary
Lead quotation development for complex services agreements, including cost, scope, risks, and commercial terms. Establish region-specific cost calculations to ensure accurate and competitive quotations, preparing required risk assessments and securing approvals per Bühler's Delegation of Authority model. Actively support contract negotiations to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction, collaborating with technical, tax, legal, commercial, and finance experts to ensure accuracy and compliance. Facilitate seamless handover from sales to execution teams, initially taking ownership of large service agreement execution, monitoring profitability, and acting as the customer's single point of contact. Maintain accurate records of quotations, contracts, and handover communications while communicating status updates effectively with stakeholders.
Required Qualifications
- Sound understanding of maintenance methods and maintenance planning
- Sound understanding of pricing strategies, financial analysis, contract negotiation, and project management principles
- Sound commercial understanding and risk management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy in all aspects of work
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Good stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate effectively in a matrix organization
- Customer focus and entrepreneurial thinking
- Hands-on and pragmatic, with strong execution and delivery mindset and a proven track record
- Team player with a collaborative and growth mindset
- Fast learner, able to manage different perspectives and drive alignment
- Fluent in written and spoken English
- Knowledge in manufacturing or process industry
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with digital services / IoT-based services is preferred
- International working experience in a matrix organization is preferred
