Job Summary
Detail-oriented Quotation Specialist on the MRO team responsible for developing accurate project costings, pricing strategies, and competitive quotations for aircraft maintenance opportunities. Collaborates with Sales, Procurement, Planning, Production, and Technical teams to prepare comprehensive commercial and technical proposals, address customer requirements, and ensure a seamless transition from quotation to project execution. Upon contract award, launches approved quotations within CRM and SAP and coordinates handover to operational teams. Requires a Diploma in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering or related technical discipline and a minimum of 3 years’ experience in quotation management or related MRO roles. Knowledge of Boeing 737, Airbus A318/A319/A320, or Airbus A220 is advantageous. Candidates should be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio) and have experience with SAP and CRM systems. Strong commercial awareness, communication, and stakeholder-management skills, plus the ability to organize and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced aerospace environment.
Required Qualifications
- Diploma in Aerospace, Mechanical Engineering, Aviation Maintenance, or a related technical discipline
- Minimum 3 years of experience in Quotation Management, Planning, PMO, or MRO operations within a Part 145 maintenance organization
- Experience supporting aircraft maintenance projects and commercial proposal development
- Technical knowledge of Boeing 737, Airbus A318/A319/A320, or Airbus A220 aircraft would be an advantage
- Strong understanding of the aerospace and aviation maintenance industry, including OEMs and regulatory requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Visio
- Experience using SAP and CRM systems is preferred
