Job Summary
Quorum Land Analyst II position in Houston requiring on-site work to enter and verify land document data and tie agreements to GIS parcel data. Responsibilities include reviewing alignment maps to identify pipeline assets and ownership, organizing and filing documentation, linking digital documents to parcel data, verifying land database details (Grantor/Grantee, property descriptions, assets, tract and provision details), plotting legal descriptions with deed plotting software, and updating/auditing the land database. Proficiency with Google Earth and ESRI GIS software, Microsoft Office, and strong communication and analytical skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in Land records administration, management and documentation of pipeline systems
- Experience correctly interpreting land related legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets and maps
- Understanding basic terms in various land agreements such as easements, permits, deeds, ordinances, and assignments
- Basic land title experience
- Experience with Google Earth and GIS software (ESRI products)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite with emphasis on Excel, Word, and Outlook
- Strong communication skills and ability to handle sensitive information
- Strong analytical ability with attention to detail
- Must come onsite, no hybrid or remote schedule
