Job Summary
Review lease documents and related data for accuracy in Quorum On Demand Land (ODL), updating payment, escalation, obligation, and term information. Identify discrepancies and communicate issues to the Land Manager. Perform other duties as assigned. This role requires experience with land records administration, lease payments, and Quorum ODL, with a focus on accuracy and data integrity. Candidates must come onsite in Houston, TX, with a contract start date of August 19, 2026. The employer is a leading midstream energy services provider serving producers and consumers of natural gas and crude oil.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in land records administration, with emphasis on real property leases, lease payments, payment escalations, and lease obligations
- Experience with Quorum ODL
- High School Degree or GED
- Must come onsite, no hybrid or remote schedule
Desired Qualifications
- Basic land title experience preferred
- Experience interpreting legal descriptions, plats, alignment sheets, and maps preferred
- Experience with Google Earth software preferred
