Job Summary
Bookkeeping & Account Management for small businesses: accurately categorize transactions, reconcile accounts, and maintain clean ledgers; conduct monthly financial reviews; serve as the main client contact across chat, email, and phone; explain financial information clearly and empathetically; own the client experience end-to-end and collaborate with internal teams using Salesforce and Slack; requires Active QuickBooks Online Certification, 3+ years of bookkeeping experience, 1+ year of client-facing experience, a accounting/finance degree (or equivalent), and being based in Bengaluru with availability for North American business hours; remote-friendly with Bengaluru-based setup and required hardware/internet readiness.
Required Qualifications
- QuickBooks Online Certification (active)
- 3+ years of bookkeeping, auditing, or tax preparation
- 1+ years of customer-facing or client service experience
- Excellent spoken and written English proficiency
- Hands-on experience using QuickBooks Online
- High attention to detail and proactive problem solving
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Must be based in Bengaluru area and available to work North American business hours (9 AM – 5 PM EST or PST)
- Must meet hardware and internet requirements for smooth communication and workflow
