Job Summary
Quick Service Restaurant Sales Associate at Eataly provides guest service across QSR counters, handles food prep and display setup with FIFO, operates a cash register, and supports product knowledge and class-related tasks. Responsibilities include maintaining station cleanliness, dating and labeling items, ensuring allergen separation, replenishing displays, weighing/labeling/packaging products, and adhering to quality, health, safety, and sanitation standards. Requires strong communication and guest service skills, cash handling accuracy, and the ability to work onsite with a flexible schedule (evenings, weekends, holidays). Preferred: previous cash register experience and prior food service experience. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Availability to work onsite with a flexible schedule often including evenings, weekends and holidays
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours, including standing, walking, bending and squatting
- Ability to operate equipment such as manual espresso machine, drink blender, juicer and cash register
- Experience operating a cash register preferred
- Prior food service experience preferred
