Job Summary
Quick Service Restaurant Sales Associate provides exceptional guest service across Eataly’s QSR counters (gelato, pastries, coffee, paninis and Italian treats), sets up stations, replenishes displays, ensures FIFO and allergen labeling, handles cash transactions accurately, assists with food preparation, upholds health/sanitation standards, and contributes to a positive, efficient guest experience. Requires strong communication and guest-service skills, willingness to work onsite with a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/move for extended periods.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience operating a cash register preferred
- Prior food service experience preferred
