Quick Reaction Force (QRF) Lead

Job Summary
Lead role for flexible operational support across Dragonfly Health locations during acquisitions, integrations, site transitions, leadership gaps, staffing shortages, or periods of heightened operational need. Travels to assigned locations to provide hands-on operational support, covers driving, lead/repair technician, site support, trainer, or interim operational lead as needed, supports alignment to processes, safety standards, and documentation, identifies gaps and risks, partners with field leadership to stabilize operations, coaches and trains site employees, communicates status and next steps to stakeholders, and supports special projects related to integration and standardization. Extensive travel (~90%) across sites and network partners; role emphasizes safety, service quality, and operational reliability.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Valid driver’s license required
- Must meet company driving requirements
- Experience in DME/home medical equipment operations, healthcare service operations, logistics, field operations, or related operational support
- Experience functioning as lead technician, driver, site lead, operations lead, field supervisor, or similar role preferred
- Experience supporting multiple locations, site transitions, acquisitions, integrations, operational turnarounds, or temporary coverage needs preferred
- Prior training, coaching, or supporting frontline employees preferred
- Strong working knowledge of field operations, route support, warehouse workflow, service execution, and site-level operational processes
- Ability to operate in changing, ambiguous, or high-need environments with limited supervision
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and training abilities
- Willingness for extensive travel (approx. 90%)
- Safety-sensitive role requiring sound judgment and adherence to safety standards
- Six-month contract initial assignment with potential month-to-month extension
