Job Summary
Perform oil changes, replace filters and wiper blades, rotate tires, conduct fluid exchanges, and perform state inspections while prioritizing safety. Produce vehicle inspection information for teammates and customers, communicate with shop personnel and clients, and maintain facility cleanliness. Use computers and tablets to review maintenance recommendations and complete tasks using the latest equipment. Participate in new technical training programs to grow mechanical expertise. Must be 18, hold a driver's license, and work five days including Saturdays. Previous automotive experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Possess valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
- Must be able to stand up to eight hours per day in the shop
- Must be able to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
- Must have full range of motion with arms and hands
- Must be able to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
- Must be able to communicate with customers and shop personnel
- Must have a high level of motivation
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
