Job Summary
Perform oil changes, replace air filters, wiper blades, and light bulbs, rotate tires, conduct fluid exchanges, and perform State Inspections while prioritizing safety. Produce vehicle inspection information for teammates and customers, communicate with shop personnel, and use computers and tablets to review maintenance recommendations. Maintain the image, appearance, and cleanliness of the facility, and participate in new technical training programs. Work a minimum of five days including Saturdays, standing for eight hours, bending, stooping, and lifting up to 70 pounds frequently. Previous automotive experience is preferred, but we provide training for motivated individuals with a passion for cars.
Required Qualifications
- Attitude of excellence and integrity
- 18 years of age
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including Saturday's
- Previous automotive experience
- High level of motivation
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Vision sufficient to detect color, depth, and re-focus
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to stand up to eight hours per day in the shop and walk to gain access to various areas of the building
- Ability to bend, stoop, kneel and crouch regularly throughout the day
- Full range of motion with arms and hands
- Ability to feel, handle or finger objects frequently
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 10 pounds regularly
- Ability to lift and/or move up to 70 pounds frequently
- Ability to communicate with customers and shop personnel
