Job Summary
Perform oil and filter changes, tire rotations, brake pad replacements, and vehicle inspections while following all dealership and factory standards on repair orders. Maintain a clean, organized workspace and proper care of tools, communicate effectively with the parts department and service advisors, and test drive vehicles using diagnostic tools as needed. Deliver excellent service and attention to detail on every vehicle in a fast-paced environment. This entry-level role offers a supportive, team-driven culture with training, mentorship, and a clear path to becoming a certified technician.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Have valid driver's license and Clear driving record
- Must pass required pre-employment drug screening
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Hardworking, eager to learn, and proud of doing the job right
- Comfortable using tools and performing physical tasks
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Have basic computer literacy skills
