Job Summary
Execute rapid oil changes, filter replacements, tire rotations, and basic vehicle inspections following manufacturer specifications and dealership standards. Complete all service and repair orders with a focus on speed and efficiency while maintaining quality. Adhere to safety guidelines, including proper use of personal protective equipment, and keep the work area clean and organized. Collaborate with service department team members to ensure a streamlined workflow and assist senior technicians as required. Maintain the highest quality standards in all maintenance and repair work.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Basic knowledge of automotive systems and components
- Willingness to undergo a skill evaluation assessment
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Commitment to delivering top-quality service
- Flexibility to work occasional weekends or extended hours as needed
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift heavy objects
- Ability to work in both indoor and outdoor settings
