Job Summary
The Quick Lube Technician role involves performing oil changes, replacing air filters, wiper blades, light bulbs, and conducting fluid exchanges; rotating tires; carrying out state inspections; and maintaining vehicle maintenance recommendations, all while prioritizing safety. The position emphasizes learning through hands-on training, using tablets and shop tech tools, communicating with teammates and customers, contributing to a clean and professional facility, and pursuing growth opportunities within a fast-paced service environment. Prior automotive experience is not required; the employer provides tools, resources, and training to ensure success and advancement potential. The role requires the ability to stand for extended periods, lift up to 70 pounds, and work a schedule including Saturdays.
