Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, assist with service needs, and provide information on quick lube options, pricing, and wait times. Present oil change recommendations and additional services based on manufacturer guidelines and vehicle diagnostics. Connect referrals for conversion to full-service repairs and keep clients informed regarding service status and completion times. Prepare and present service invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions. Coordinate effectively with lube technicians to relay customer requests and ensure timely delivery. Ensure the waiting area and quick lube zone remain clean, organized, and safe while addressing any customer or team issues promptly. Work full-time with potential weekend and evening shifts in a service garage environment.
Required Qualifications
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Ability to recommend additional services and promotions to customers based on their needs
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with lube technicians and other team members
