Job Summary
Quick Lube Service Advisor at Sun Auto Tire & Service who greets customers, assesses service needs, explains oil-change options, provides estimates, schedules appointments, and communicates service status while promoting additional services. Responsibilities include presenting oil-change options based on manufacturer recommendations and DVI documentation, coordinating with technicians, handling invoices and payments, maintaining accurate records, and guiding customers through promotions and loyalty programs. Requires strong customer-service skills, organizational ability, and teamwork in a garage environment; full-time schedule including weekends. Qualifications include a valid driver’s license, minimum age 18, and ability to work five days per week.
