Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, explain quick lube services and pricing, and manage appointments to ensure a smooth experience. Present oil change options and additional maintenance based on manufacturer recommendations and vehicle diagnostics. Connect referrals for conversion to full-service repairs and keep clients informed about service status and completion times. Prepare and present service invoices, process payments, and maintain accurate records of interactions and follow-up actions. Coordinate effectively with lube technicians to relay requests and ensure timely delivery. Ensure the waiting area and quick lube zone remain clean, organized, and safe while addressing any customer issues promptly. Work full-time with potential weekend and evening shifts in a service garage setting.
Required Qualifications
- Professional appearance and proven ability to work in a process-driven environment
- Possess a valid driver's license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships
- Ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Ability to recommend additional services and promotions to customers based on their needs
- Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping tasks
- Ability to work collaboratively with lube technicians and other team members
