Job Summary
Greet customers warmly, promptly assist them with service needs, and provide information about quick lube services, pricing, and wait times. Present oil change options and additional services based on manufacturer recommendations and maintenance history. Connect referrals for conversion to full-service repairs in adjacent stores. Keep customers informed about service status and completion times. Manage appointments, explain services, provide estimates, and ensure customer satisfaction. Maintain accurate records of interactions and services, coordinate with technicians to ensure timely delivery, and promote current promotions and loyalty programs. Ensure waiting area is clean and organized; address issues professionally. Adhere to company policies and demonstrate professional standards in a process-driven environment.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid driver’s license
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Ability to work a minimum of five days, including weekends
- Customer Service: Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Organizational Skills: Ability to manage appointments, maintain records, and handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Problem-solving: Ability to address and resolve customer issues effectively and professionally
- Sales Skills: Ability to recommend additional services and promotions to customers based on their needs
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer skills for scheduling, billing, and record-keeping tasks
- Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with lube technicians and other team members
