Job Summary
Perform oil changes, quick lube services, tire changeovers, and wheel balancing. Execute light duty repairs such as wiper and filter replacements, battery testing, and cabin maintenance. Provide service advisors with quality inspections and communicate vehicle recommendations clearly. Maintain strict adherence to company policies, ensure customer vehicles are kept clean, and demonstrate excellent guest service through clear feedback. Assist with building and grounds maintenance as needed. Maintain certifications and trainings required by manufacturers.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 18 years of age or older
- valid driver's license
- strong computer skills
- Knowledge in some aspects of automotive repair and maintenance
- fast learner
- excellent oral and written communication skills
- ability to maintain a neat, clean and orderly work station
- ability to perform a variety of manual tasks for extended periods of time, which may include light and heavy lifting, including consumer tires and wheels, standing, bending, and squatting
- pass pre-employment testing to include a background check and drug screen
