Quick Lane Technician

Perform repairs and service as indicated on Vehicle Inspection Reports or Repair Estimate Orders, including oil changes, flushes, and tire rotations. Diagnose customer-stated concerns using factory communications and service procedures, then suggest products and services to maximize profits while providing labor and time estimates. Communicate regularly with the parts department and Service Advisors to keep vehicle status current, continuously learn new technical information through formal and informal training, and adhere to OSHA and state regulations. Work independently and in a team setting under the Service Manager.
