Job Summary
Perform safety inspections, oil changes, lubrication work, basic maintenance, and minor repairs as directed. Maintain a valid driver's license and MVR acceptable to the insurance carrier. Read and interpret safety rules, operating instructions, and procedure manuals while communicating effectively with customers and employees. Lift and move up to 10 pounds regularly and 50 pounds frequently. Work as part of the Service Department at Fowler Kia of Windsor, supporting the mission to earn customer trust through exceptional service and superior products.
Required Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License
- MVR acceptable to our Insurance Carrier
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
- one to three months related experience and/or training
- Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals
- Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
- Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of organization
- Ability to regularly stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; talk or hear; and taste or smell
- Ability to occasionally sit; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
- Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 10 pounds
- Ability to frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds
- Specific vision abilities: close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus
