Job Summary
Perform oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and other basic maintenance services in a fast-paced dealership setting. Conduct vehicle inspections, replace filters, bulbs, wipers, and other minor components as needed, maintain a clean and organized service bay, and ensure work complies with dealership and manufacturer guidelines. Communicate effectively with Service Advisors and fellow technicians, participate in ongoing training and development programs, and contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on quality automotive care.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 6+ months of automotive maintenance or technician experience preferred
- Basic understanding of vehicle systems and repair procedures
- Strong attention to detail and safety procedures
- Ability to work efficiently in a team-oriented environment
- Willingness to learn and grow into more advanced technician roles
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen
