Job Summary
Entry-level Quick Lane Service Technician at Duluth Dodge Inc. Responsibilities include performing work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with the dealership, inspecting vehicles for maintenance needs and performing basic automobile and truck maintenance, following procedures to ensure a positive, safe outcome during inspection and maintenance, communicating with the Service Advisor to inform customers of any additional services, and maintaining a clean, safe environment. The role offers training, Chrysler Certification, paid training, and growth opportunities. Ideal candidates have dexterity and hand-eye coordination, strong customer service and basic computer skills, a positive attitude, teamwork, the ability to learn new technology and repair procedures, and a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
