Job Summary
Act as the dealership's primary customer contact for automotive service and repair needs. Greet customers, listen to concerns, and translate them into accurate service orders while coordinating with technicians to manage the Drive Lane flow. Provide complete written cost estimates for labor and parts, establish promise times, keep customers informed of progress, and review completed work with customers. Requires strong mechanical aptitude, exceptional customer service, and at least 1 year of automotive service advisor experience in a fast-paced setting. Base salary with uncapped commission opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year minimum automotive service advisor experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Self-motivated and enthusiastic presence in a team environment
- Time management skills
- Ability to operate both standard and automatic vehicles
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record
