Job Summary
Oversee Quick Lane oil change flow to ensure prompt, courteous, and effective service while taking ownership of the customer experience through additional assignments. Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, and distribute work between technicians efficiently to ensure daily inventory of time is consistently sold. Maintain an organized, friendly demeanor with demonstrated ability to manage others, professional appearance, and clean driving record.
