Quick Lane (Oil Change) Customer Service Advisor

Job Summary
Greet customers on arrival and assist with scheduling Quick Lane services (oil changes, tire rotations, and routine maintenance). Communicate service updates and time estimates to customers while their vehicle is serviced. Process payments and maintain accurate service records, coordinating with service technicians to ensure timely, high-quality service. Answer customer inquiries and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction; maintain a clean, organized service reception area. Strong communication, multitasking, and teamwork skills are required.
Required Qualifications
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in an automotive or service environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn new software systems
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- A positive attitude and team player mentality
