Job Summary
Perform basic maintenance services including oil changes, tire rotations, filter replacements, and battery or wiper replacements. Conduct pre-delivery inspections to support new car sales and inspect each vehicle while recording findings and recommending additional work using an iPad. Collaborate within a high-volume team environment to service vehicles daily. Requires a valid driver's license, strong physical dexterity, and the ability to work in a fast-paced setting. Entry-level position with opportunities for advancement through Ford factory training, internal promotions, and an apprenticeship program.
