Job Summary
Greet customers promptly, obtain vehicle information, and clearly report all described symptoms. Determine and recommend needed maintenance based on age, mileage, and history, then prepare a complete and accurate estimate of labor and parts costs. Establish follow-up time, monitor vehicle progress throughout the day while updating customers frequently, and verify that final invoices reconcile with work performed. Explain all completed work and charges to customers. Bilingual fluency in Spanish is preferred. Potential to earn $70k+.
Required Qualifications
- Past experience as a Service Advisor, Assistant Lane Manager or Service Consultant is a must
- Proven record of achieving exceptional Customer Satisfaction
- Above average energy level

- Bilingual Fluent Spanish
