Job Summary
Welcoming customers at the Quick Lane Service Center; coordinating vehicle service visits, communicating service needs and status updates, and ensuring a seamless customer experience from arrival to vehicle delivery. Serves as liaison between customers and the service team while supporting daily Quick Lane operations; responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with maintenance services (oil changes, tire rotations, batteries, filters), scheduling appointments, coordinating vehicle flow, answering inquiries, maintaining customer records and waiting areas, assisting with transportation when needed, processing service paperwork, and promoting Quick Lane services and dealership specials. Key skills include customer service excellence, strong communication, organization, time management, problem solving, teamwork, attention to detail, and professionalism.
