Quick Lane Assistant Manager

Support service advisors and technicians through training, evaluation, and mentorship while coordinating workflow, repair orders, and facility monitoring to optimize productivity. Provide award-winning customer care by actively listening to and resolving concerns, oversee compliance and daily production records, and lead the facility safety committee by demonstrating OSHA protocols. Assist the Quick Lane manager with daily operations and stand in for service advisors as needed. This role offers a path to advance within Keystone Ford's automotive team.
