Job Summary
Write Quick Lane service orders and monitor workflow to ensure customers receive prompt, courteous, and effective service. Carry out additional assignments that leave a positive impression, provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, and answer basic technical questions about vehicle problems. Manage the Quick Lane schedule to ensure accurate wait times are provided to guests while maintaining Customer Happiness scores at or above company standards. Work with the technician team to deliver timely, helpful experiences for guests needing light maintenance. Maintain good working relationships with service team members and adhere to all company policies and applicable laws.
