Ensure physicians' orders are legible and transcribed appropriately while assessing patient status on an ongoing basis to document pertinent information. Complete charting for all patient visits within 24 hours, adhering to state Nurse Practice Act regulations and corporate policies. Cover the Everett, WA area within a 50-mile radius on a day shift (8:00 am - 5:00 pm) for 40 hours per week with one weekend rotation per month. Requires 2 years of RN experience and 1 year of recent home health nursing experience.
