Job Summary
Junior Billing & Finance Manager (Quereinstieg) in Frankfurt with hybrid work options. Responsible for executing and optimizing the revenue cycle, ensuring accurate invoicing using CRM (DAP Medialine) and MS Excel, serving as the liaison between Finance and staff for billing questions, and supporting cross-departmental collaboration. Performs smaller controlling tasks during peak periods and contributes to ongoing process improvements. Requires administrative experience, strong numeracy, and fluency in German and English. Required Qualifications
- Hybrid work arrangement: up to 50% of time in Homeoffice
- MS Office proficiency with emphasis on Excel
- Fluent German and very good English
- Analytical mindset and strong numerical skills
- Independent, structured, reliable work style
- Experience in administrative duties, e.g., secretarial tasks
- Ability to act as a cross-functional liaison between Finance and staff
- Ability to support controlling tasks during peak periods
- Ability to handle billing communications with customers and suppliers
- Willingness to take on smaller controlling tasks and routine duties
