Job Summary
Join Debeka's Vertriebsteam as a Quereinsteiger in insurance and finance, where you will provide consultation to clients both personally and digitally, analyze customer needs to identify suitable solutions, and maintain a service-oriented relationship with a dedicated client base while acquiring new customers. Ideal candidates will have a completed vocational training, a university degree, or relevant work experience, with the ability to network effectively and demonstrate a commitment to service. Comprehensive training, including 'training on the job' and internal seminars, is offered to prepare you for certification as an insurance specialist and financial consultant.
Required Qualifications
