Quereinsteiger / Call Center Agent Inbound (m/w/d)

Answer incoming calls from existing customers regarding contract cancellations or intentions to cancel, providing consultation on tariffs and contracts while professionally attempting to regain lost clients. Identify sales opportunities and cross-selling potential during conversations, maintaining high customer satisfaction through solution-oriented advice. Record and maintain customer data accurately throughout the interaction. This role requires excellent spoken and written German (C1 level) and is available full-time or part-time with flexible shift work from Monday to Friday, including weekends and holidays. The position offers an average gross salary of 2,800 € and includes incentives, training, and a relaxed work environment.
