Job Summary
Conduct customer consultations by combining empathy with new technical knowledge to guide clients toward their perfect glasses. Support individual selection of lens types, advise on modern frames, and ensure optimal fit and comfort using modern technology. Manage organizational tasks to streamline the consultation process and create a welcoming atmosphere. Requires initial retail customer service experience, empathetic demeanor, and knowledge of fashion trends. Includes a five-week free training program, 13th-month salary, and a €1,500 annual budget for products.
