Job Summary
The Quartz Surfacing Manager is responsible for managing product pricing, marketing strategies, and training for quartz surfacing products. Candidates should have experience in building supply sales, preferably in the quartz surfacing market, with strong leadership and communication skills.
Required Qualifications
- Five years of proven work experience in building supply sales.
- Experience working in the quartz surfacing market (or similar products) is preferred.
Desired Qualifications
- Ability to manage all aspects of a successful product launch throughout its lifecycle.
- Ability to develop product and marketing strategies and effectively communicate recommendations to team members.
- Must be able to learn and effectively utilize Company computer platforms and CRM.
- Must have good knowledge of Microsoft software such as Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to delegate and prioritize effectively.
- Strong problem-solving skills and willingness to roll up one's sleeves to get the job done.
- Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams.
- Strong interpersonal skills and proven ability to establish and maintain professional relationships.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to create and conduct presentations effectively.
