Job Summary
Quartz Regional Sales Representative drives Wilsonart Quartz growth by leading strategic engagement with independent distribution and company-owned sales and specification teams. You will promote Quartz, grow market share across North America, train and enable sales/specification teams, and develop OEM partnerships with fabricators and major partners. Responsibilities include managing both independent distribution and company-owned sales efforts, strategizing with leadership to expand markets, securing samples and marketing collateral with major fabricators, engaging industry organizations, developing OEM partnerships, and providing feedback to internal teams on tools and products. Travel to support business objectives and deliver professional presentations to diverse audiences is required; strong product knowledge, sales capability, and proficiency with Salesforce, PowerPoint, and Excel are essential.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Communication, Marketing or similar field
- 5+ years of field selling or specification experience
