Job Summary
Prepare and conduct undergraduate Mechanical Engineering courses, assign and evaluate student work, and provide consultation outside class hours. Submit grades to the Office of Student Records, complete course assessments, and file time cards biweekly. Adhere to university and School of Engineering policies outlined in the Term Faculty Handbook. Teach up to four course equivalencies per academic year, with quarterly hiring on a temporary basis for the 2026-2027 term at Santa Clara University in Silicon Valley.
Required Qualifications
- Earned graduate degree (Ph.D. preferred) in mechanical engineering
- Master's degree with equivalent experience
