Job Summary
Oversee daily quarry operations including rock production, drilling, blasting, quality control, and equipment maintenance. Direct employee supervision, hiring, and training while ensuring strict adherence to MSHA safety regulations and mine design plans. Coordinate with Area Production and Sales Managers to align inventory and production demands, and audit maintenance schedules for optimal efficiency. Manage the relocation and setup of portable crushing plants and maintain a competent, developed team through continuous coaching and discipline. Requires 3+ years in quarry operations, valid driver's license, and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years background experience in quarry operations and personnel management
- A valid driver's license with good driving record
