Quarry Maintenance Supervisor

Job Summary
Lead a hands-on quarry maintenance team responsible for maintenance, repair and overhaul of heavy diesel mobile and fixed plant (crushers, screening plants, conveyors, loaders, excavators, rear dump trucks). Manage a skilled crew, plan preventative servicing, diagnostics, and major component rebuilds with rapid breakdown response. Rostering is 10/4 with options for accommodation, DIDO/FIFO opportunities across civil construction projects. Requires trade qualifications, White Card, open driver's license, and a strong safety and quality focus. RSA sponsorship available under the TSSSA visa program; sign-on bonus and above-award pay. This role combines leadership with hands-on maintenance in a stable quarry environment across Australia.
Required Qualifications
- Trade qualified with proven hands-on experience in heavy plant maintenance
- leadership of small teams
- Valid open Australian Driver’s Licence
- General Construction Induction (White Card) or willingness to obtain
- Strong commitment to safety, teamwork, proactive problem-solving and high-quality work
