Operate heavy construction equipment including 980M, 972M, 336 excavator, A-35 haul truck, skid steer, and water trucks while performing maintenance duties such as cleaning, greasing, and oiling machines. Adjust hand levers and depress pedals to control attachments like blades, buckets, and swing booms. Discuss daily work plans with the field manager to determine the most efficient and safe methods for completing assigned tasks. Make judgments regarding optimal equipment operations and ensure full compliance with company safety policies and standards.
