Job Summary
Technical Program Manager for GF Labs Strategic Projects leads end-to-end cross-functional programs from concept to completion across device engineering, process integration, design enablement, and manufacturing. Drives program milestones, governance, technical reviews, and decision gates; develops and maintains business cases, coordinates with R&D finance and GF Labs technology teams to ensure budget alignment and ROI transparency; aligns external commitments with internal execution capability, schedules, and budgets; acts as an integration point between GF Labs, business units, and external partners. Responsibilities include risk identification and mitigation, structured issue resolution, and continuous improvement of program management practices for emerging technologies. Mentors junior program managers and contributes to GF Labs technical community development. Requires Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field and 12+ years in semiconductors or related fields; preferred advanced degree (MS/PhD) and MBA or finance training; salary range publicly noted as $143,000.00 - $247,000.00.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Physics, Materials Science, or related technical field
- 12+ years of experience in semiconductors, advanced technology development, or manufacturing
- Business, Finance or Accounting
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional technical programs
- Strong understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and technology development lifecycles
