Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor/Cost Manager to join our Variable Team in Belgium. Provide full pre- and post-contract cost management services across commercial real estate projects; prepare cost plans, budgets, estimates, and feasibility studies; support procurement activities including tender documentation, bid analysis, and contractor recommendations; manage valuations, variations, change control, and final accounts; monitor project costs and provide accurate financial reporting to clients and internal stakeholders; work closely with project managers and client teams to ensure commercial objectives are achieved; review contracts for commercial risks and opportunities; assist in benchmarking, market analysis, and value engineering; maintain relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers; knowledge of Belgian construction market practices is advantageous; fluent English required; Dutch and/or French would be beneficial.
